"Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's." II Corinthians 10:7. We are to belong to Christ. God gave the sacrifice of His Son, and His Son willingly gave Himself that we might belong to Christ. We must not hope that we belong to Christ, but we must be certain. As we keep His commandments, we know that we are His. However, we must not have an attitude of pride that we alone belong to Him. We are to strive that others become Christ's also. The wonderful duty and privilege of those who are Christ's is to seek that others become Christ's. Our hearts rejoice that we are Christ's and our hearts rejoice that others become Christ's. We lovingly share our faith with others. We seek to serve Christ through the sharing of the blessings that we have found in Christ. The more that we desire that others become Christ's, the greater our confidence that we are Christ's.
